About Us

Durham Bangladeshi Canadian Community inc. is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious organization in the Durham Region, Ontario. Many of us moved to the Durham region to live in a suburb where less traffic, less crowd, and a healthy community. Most of us lived in Canada for more or less than five years, possessing a house, professional jobs, 1 or 2 cars. Durham Bangladeshi Canadian Community assessed our community need; that is different, that about a change, about giving to the community as a whole. Therefore, our objective is for Bangladeshi Canadians in Durham Region to continue to participate in the community volunteering to bridge the gap in cultures and leadership by promoting cultural events, youth development, and self-employment, and assessing the practical needs of Bangladeshi senior residing in Durham Region, Ontario …..
